This one-hour course is specifically designed for mobile food vendor owners, operators, and employee’s safety. It includes, but is not limited to instructions on propane characteristics, LP tanks, cylinders and delivery systems, gas shut-off procedures, propane appliances, leak detection, LP generators, parking and storage, emergency response procedures and owner training responsibility.

The course is recognized by the Florida State Fire Prevention Code, Florida State Fire College and the Florida Agriculture and Consumer Service Department. Each attendee who successfully completes the course will be issued a Certificate of Completion.
