MOBILE FOOD TRUCK INSPECTORS AND CERTIFIERS NEEDED!

Florida has a huge untapped market for those licensed to perform mobile food vendor “MFV” inspections and certifications. The NFPA 58 2024 edition has a new chapter specifically on codes and regulations for food trucks soon to be adopted in our state and others.

To perform this work, you must have either a Category I Dealer or a Category V Installer Master Qualifier or Qualifier Certification from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services “FDACS.” Operating without a business license in Florida is a third-degree felony.

Propane Training Services has two Mobile Food Vendor courses to help you on your way to becoming a Certified “MFV Inspector.” We can provide you with the training and the forms necessary to document inspections and training certificates for your customers.

Please visit our website’s page two “Mobile Food Vendor” course category for more information, or call Carl.
