Carl Weeks has over 43 years' experience in the LP Gas Industry, beginning his career in August 1979 as a District Manager with Petrolane Gas Service in Englewood Florida & concluding his retail career as a Regional Vice President with Heritage Propane. Carl has performed most tasks related to the industry including; management of operations, safety, delivery, installation, financial, hiring & marketing.

In 2011 Carl started Propane Training Services, a company that specializes in propane emergency response training. From May 2012 through December 2021. Carl has trained over 14,750 Florida First Responders and 1,250 propane industry employees on how to handle & mitigate propane related incidents.

Propane Training Services currently has 24 continuing education courses registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services with 16 of those courses available on Live Webinar. See courses.

Carl currently holds the following certificates with the FDACS:

• Category I "Dealer" Master Qualifier
• Category I "RV" Master Qualifier
• Category II "Dispenser" Qualifier
• Category V "Installer" Qualifier
• Category VI "Office of Pipeline Safety" Qualifier
